Last year Playmobil launched their Play Eggs around Easter. They’re a great idea, better for your kids teeth than conventional Easter eggs (unless you try to eat the plastic at any rate), at £5.99 about the same price, and once you’ve liberated the figure and accessories, you get a sturdy plastic money box for the kids to pop the pennies in.
Playmobil have updated the range this year, with more exciting characters. Two that we were sent live in this household under the assumed names of Wateringcan Fairy and Chunky Knight:

There’s not a lot more to say really, we’ve stopped giving our kids chocolate Easter eggs. AND I get to play with Playmobil!
