The Kids’ Cookery School is a great resource for children in London and beyond. It has been running for 14 years in response to cooking coming off the school curriculum. Fiona and her team travel throughout London to educate children in how to cook healthily, including those with special educational, physical and behavioural needs.
Back in January, I was involved with a rather neat blogger outreach programme BRITA did and I still keep in touch with them. I recently received an email saying BRITA had donated £10,000 to The Kid’s Cooking School which will buy all the ingredients needed for its mobile kitchen van, ‘KCS on Wheels’, to run for the next year.
Which is nice.
